Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. is seeking a Server/Shift Leader at Park, a craft distillery in downtown Banff. You will blend exceptional service with daily operational leadership to ensure a top-notch guest experience on shift.

You will support the GM and AGM by guiding front-of-house staff, coordinating with FOH and BOH teams, and managing guest feedback to uphold high standards. ProServe certification and prior serving, plus supervisory experience, are preferred.

Server/Shift Leader

As a Server/Shift Leader, you will blend exceptional table service with daily operational leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience. On the floor, you'll deliver flawless, hospitality-driven service that reflects a genuine passion for our venue and community. As a Shift Leader, you will support the GM and AGM by guiding front-of-house staff, coordinating between FOH and BOH teams, managing customer feedback, and setting up the restaurant for successful, high-standard shifts.
