Job summary

Commissionaires BC is seeking a reliable Mobile Security Guard to service multiple client sites. The role requires safe operation of a patrol vehicle, strong observations, and prompt alarm response. Shift is Saturdays and Sundays, 2200–0600, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Must hold a valid BC Security License and Class 5 BC Driver's license, with a clean driving abstract. Fluent English and professional demeanor are essential for effective incident reporting and client service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Mobile Patrol motor vehicle in accordance with all laws and regulations.
• Conducting security checks at client sites according to directives, standards and post orders.
• Utilize company cell phones and Tracktik phone app.
• Conducting alarm response to client sites as needed.
• Conducting House Watch patrol if necessary.
• Attending lone worker sites to check on workers when requested.
• Ensuring incident and shift reports are completed including Run Sheets, Vehicle Inspection reports, Tracktik reports, Alarm reports and Inventory reports.
• Reporting for shifts on time, and maintaining proper dress and deportment at all times.
• Reporting any unsafe incidents, practices and/or issues.
• Conducting vehicle checks at start of shifts and ensuring any issues are reported accurately.
• Being respectful towards tools/equipment and ensuring proper key control at all times.
• Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and washed as required.
• Maintaining high standard of work ethic and professionalism.
• Promoting a respectful workplace by displaying a courteous, professional attitude.
• Keeping management aware of any unusual incidents.

The selected candidate is expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and work ethic while working independently in a dynamic environment.

Rotation:

• Saturday and Sunday 2200-0600

Pay rate: $22.00 / hour

Must have valid Class 5 BC Driver's License

Your Must-Haves:
