Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking a full-time Security Guard for a 3-month contract at our Bradford, Ontario site. The role requires you to have your own transportation and to work Monday to Friday, 13:00–21:00, with a pay rate of $18.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include access control, greeting visitors, completing daily logs, and CCTV monitoring. Strong customer service and reporting skills are essential, along with valid security credentials and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License required.
• First Aid/CPR certificate required.
• Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete logs and write detailed reports.
• Solid customer service skills are essential.
• Previous security experience is an asset.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and sign them into the facility.
• Control access in/out of the building.
• Answer the phone and relay information.
• Write daily reports and logs.
• Provide good customer service.
• Maintain basic computer records.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as needed.
• Perform patrols and report incidents.
• Carry out other duties per site SOPs.
