Applicants must hold a Manitoba security guard license, valid First Aid/CPR, be at least 18, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. This casual position offers $16.50 per hour and requires full availability Mon-Sun.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid MB security guard license.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada over 30 hours per week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be proficient using computer.
• Must have a Class 5F Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Access control for the facility/area.
• Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times.
• Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies.
• Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager.
• Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making ability, particularly in emergencies.
• Meticulous record keeping and report writing.
• Operate/monitor security room equipment and complete site required training.
• Vehicle Gate and Console duties.

Shifts: Monday - Sunday - Full Availability Required.
