Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Guard at Charlottetown Airport in PEI. The role focuses on ensuring safety, monitoring access, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

Shifts include 8-hour blocks with a pathway from temporary full-time to part-time in winter. The position offers paid training, uniform provision, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with RAIC and successful completion of the probation period.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada
• RAIC required or ability to obtain
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Available for all shifts, including nights, weekends and early mornings
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances

• Experience in policing, corrections, military, or security is a strong asset

As a Security Guard, you will play a key role in airside and terminal operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment for passengers, staff, and stakeholders.

• Relevant background preferred
• Experience in policing, corrections, military, or security is a strong asset
• High operational flexibility
