Job summary

Centrum Concierge and Security Ltd. is expanding its team and seeking HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge for FULL-TIME roles. Evening and overnight availability is required, with schedules from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities include conducting proactive security patrols, assisting residents, monitoring cameras, and responding to emergencies. A valid BST license and at least 1 year of security experience are required, plus excellent English communication skills.

• Provide superior customer service to residents.
• Maintain a strong sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premises.
• Conduct hourly patrols and actively monitor cameras.
• Respond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods, elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports.
• Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow up.
• Proactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situations.

Must be available for evening and overnight work
