Job summary

Cabot Cape Breton seeks a Security Agent to safeguard guests, staff and property. You will patrol the resort, monitor surveillance, and respond promptly to incidents, enforcing policies and assisting guests as needed.

The role requires calm under pressure, sharp observation, and teamwork with local authorities. Seasonal shifts include day, evening, night, and weekends; background checks and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security role is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Defibrillator training is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous around guests.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises to ensure guest, staff and property safety.
• Monitor surveillance and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
• Enforce resort policies and assist guests and employees as needed.
• Collaborate with local authorities when necessary.
