Our client is a boutique law firm that practices in corporate and securities work. They provide high exception service for their clients and have been providing this service for over 55 years. Their clients trust them as they work with them as their businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on Securities law files
• Understanding and passion for working on securities and corporate files
• Drive to grow and passion for connecting with clients
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members
• Understand clients needs to get the best outcome for them
• Be comfortable with business development with support of the in-house marketing team
• Represent clients in a professional manner and close files in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients before, during and after receiving a file
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards

Qualifications/Skills:

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience working on Corporate, and Securities files is required
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Handle the caseload from beginning to end.
• Ability to provide clear direction and comfortable with delegating tasks.
