Work Locations

A Second Cook serving Hilton brands is working with team members to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. The key responsibilities are in the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and assist the First Cook.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen
• Set up the ordered for sales points
• Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen
• Prepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of his superior
• Store and check the validity of food
• Assist other departments whenever necessary
• In shift changes transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift information
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, and skills that follow :

• Training in Food
• Previous experience in industrial kitchen
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene
