Job summary

Bells of Steel Inc. in Calgary, Alberta, seeks a Seasonal Warehouse Picker/Packer for October through February. The role runs Wed–Sun, 9:30am–6:00pm, with free parking and a fast-paced team environment.

You will pick, ship and receive orders, assist customers with pickups, and operate a counterbalance forklift and related equipment. A self-starter with warehouse computer skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Independent self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Forklift experience is an asset; certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

Seasonal Warehouse Picker/Packer (October to February)

Role Overview

We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of a warehouse maestro.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing daily warehouse operations
• Picking, shipping, and receiving orders with high speed and accuracy
• Assisting customers with order pickups
• Operating a counterbalance forklift, pallet jacks, and an electric reach truck
• Assisting in physical inventories and cycle counts
• Performing other general warehouse duties as needed

Who you are

• Highly independent, self starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Forklift experience and certification is an asset (but not necessary)
• The strength to lift boxes up to 100lbs
• Solid computer skills to run our warehouse systems

The schedule

The hours for this position are Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am to 6:00pm
