Job summary

Telus is seeking Seasonal Retail Support Associates to join our stores across Canada. You will engage customers, identify their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations and inventory control.

You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to reach targets, maintain a welcoming environment, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, shelf replenishment and keeping the store clean and organized.
