Job summary

TELUS is hiring a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores across Canada. You will engage with customers to identify needs and ensure a positive shopping experience, supporting Sales Representatives and Store Managers to reach store goals.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate, with an end-of-season bonus, and perks like employee discounts on TELUS products. Flexible schedules include evenings, weekends and holidays during Black Friday and Boxing Day periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Support flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays during peak periods.

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Day weekend)

Please note:
