We are seeking a dedicated Evenings/Weekends Snow Removal Loader Operator for the winter season, from November 2026 to March 2027. This role is crucial for maintaining safety and efficiency during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and productively operate front-end loaders for snow and ice control on job sites.
• Be available for on-call duties 24/7 during snow/ice events.
• Keep accurate records of work, including times, dates, equipment inspections, and site logs.
• Respond efficiently to snow and ice events, clearing snow from designated areas.
• Consistently wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Adhere to all company policies and local health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work under adverse weather conditions and flexible hours during winter.
• Previous experience in snow removal preferred.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work on call 24/7 throughout the winter season.
