Job summary

The Josie Hotel, Rossland, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, offers a Guest Services Internship for Spring 2027. This on-site role supports outdoor and hospitality activities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited educational institution.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products proficiently preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Services team and ensure daily tasks meet high standards.
• Assist in scheduling and training team members.
• Be the main contact for guests to ensure seamless interactions.
• Coordinate check-ins/out and handle luggage.
• Organize guided hikes, snowshoeing, and seasonal outdoor activities.
• Promote hotel outdoor programs and local area offerings.
