Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth operations on our Santa photo sets, welcoming families and helping with photos. You will lead a team, manage daily tasks, and maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within the company during peak seasons. Flexible scheduling and on-site work are offered in a cheerful holiday setting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT/management when needed.
• Assist with training and recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
