Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at Oshawa Centre to guide our Santa photo sets and support daily operations. You’ll welcome families, help with photos, and ensure smooth shift execution with warmth and energy.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-site work, and opportunities to grow within our souvenir photography division. Prior retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required, and applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, service industry or cashier roles preferred but not required.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
Operate POS system and photography equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
All other tasks as assigned.
