Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Belleville, ON is seeking a Shift Lead to support Santa photo sets, welcome families, assist with photos, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will bring warmth, energy, and leadership to every shift while helping create a joyful holiday experience guests will remember.

You will open/close venues, lead by example, troubleshoot issues, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT/Regional Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
