Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to support Santa photo sets, welcome families, assist with photos, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will bring warmth, energy, and leadership to every shift, help create joyful holiday experiences, and collaborate with a fast-paced team. Prior retail or guest-service experience is a plus, and you must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
