Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Crabtree, QC is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to work with the Local Manager and lead a team during peak season. You’ll drive sales, manage daily photo operations, and ensure a magical Santa experience for families.

You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and guest service, with opportunities to return for future seasons and growth in our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
• Available for pre-season training and flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week; ability to lift 10–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and assist Local Manager with administrative tasks.
