Job summary

Psycho Bunny in Vancouver's Pacific Centre is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver a memorable customer experience. You will ring transactions, share product knowledge, and help guests find what they need.

You will build relationships through clienteling, maintain store standards, and support the team with replenishment and visual directives. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ring transactions using computer systems and perform merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and the Bold Selling model.
• Grow a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and collecting customer phone and email.
• Support the store's visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Assist with replenishment, recovery and selling on the sales floor.
• Familiarize yourself with stock loss and security procedures and follow them at all times.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
