Psycho Bunny is seeking a Seasonal Associate for an on-site role at McArthurGlen Outlets in Richmond. You will deliver a personalized customer experience, utilize product knowledge, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their visit.

Key duties include ringing transactions, clienteling, building a loyal customer base, assisting with store presentation, and supporting the sales floor. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ring transactions using computer systems and perform duties like transfers and order fulfillment.
• Engage customers using our Bold Selling model and develop long-term relationships.
• Build a loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact details.
• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support sales floor through replenishment, recovery, and selling activities.
• Learn and follow stock loss and security procedures.
• Take on other duties as assigned by store management.
