Our Seasonal Sales Associates handle all aspects of the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel services within the store, including:

• Engaging with customers from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Applying benchmark sales techniques for retail and special occasion rentals
• Participating in team selling to meet sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Operating the cash register at the point of sale

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, with frequent bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and distinguishing fabric patterns and colors

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Compensation depends on skills, background, and experience, and may vary by location and applicable wage laws.
