The Role

Our Retail team is seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate at our Galeries de la Capitale location. Join our rapidly growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will deliver outstanding guest experiences and play a vital role in the success of the team.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively, promptly, and positively.
4. Stay informed about product and service updates.
5. Be aspirational to customers in culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.
