The Role

Our retail team is seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate at our Galeries de la Capitale location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and playing a vital role in the success of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Be aspirational to customers in culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble orders for our online store.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and politely.
