Responsibilities of Seasonal Sales Associates

Manage all aspects of the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel services within the store, including:

• Engaging as part of a high-performing team focused on trust and results
• Building relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Applying benchmark selling techniques for various sales channels
• Encouraging team selling to meet sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Operating the cash register at the point of sale

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, twist
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing ladders to access merchandise and supplies
• Ability to distinguish fabric patterns and colors

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Compensation considers skills, background, and experience, and may vary based on location and legal requirements.
