Support Associate - Back-to-School Season

This position will support the store during our back-to-school season with the potential to transition to regular employment.

Responsibilities :

1. Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and using selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
2. Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer ready by meeting brand standards.
3. Use strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to exceed sales results.
4. Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
5. Adhere to policies, procedures, and practices that align with company directives.

Qualifications :

1. Proven communication skills
