The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our Scarborough Town Centre location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting customer relationships through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at the store level.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers on culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
