The Role:
Our Retail team seeks a part-time seasonal sales associate at our CF Masonville location. Join our rapidly growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Be aspirational and knowledgeable about culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble orders for the online store.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and politely.
