Salary: $17.40 per hour

The Role:

Our Retail Team is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates at our Richmond Centre location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room upkeep.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level in a timely manner.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Be aspirational to customers in culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble orders for the online store.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

1. Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
