As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences across various aspects of our store operations, including retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel services. Your duties will include:

• Engaging with customers from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Applying sales techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals
• Participating in team selling to meet sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Handling transactions at the cash register

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, with frequent bending, squatting, and twisting
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Climbing ladders to access merchandise or supplies
• Ability to distinguish fabric patterns and colors
