Our Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple business areas (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store, including but not limited to:

• Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and results focus
• Building relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact
• Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals
• Encouraging team selling and contributing to store sales and metrics goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Handling cash register operations at the point of sale

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, frequent bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and distinguishing fabric patterns and colors

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.50/hr

We consider individual skills, background, and experience when determining salary. Pay is market-based and may be adjusted for prevailing wage laws. Opportunities may exist to work across multiple store locations and brands.
