The Role

Our Retail team is seeking part-time seasonal sales associates at our Sevenoaks location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room areas.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Engage with customers on culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.
