The Role

Our retail team is seeking part-time seasonal sales associates at our Sevenoaks location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining experience in the fashion industry. Sales associates are responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room upkeep.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Engage with customers about culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.
