Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. in Kitchener, ON is seeking a Seasonal Associate to warmly greet customers, help with baby essentials, and guide families through our products and promotions. This part-time, seasonal role supports in-store sales and brand experiences.

You will assist with POS transactions, stock shelves, and engage with shoppers to create a positive, family-friendly shopping journey. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
