Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for families starting on their parenting journey. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and help families prepare for school milestones in a welcoming retail space.

You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience by resolving questions, supporting omnichannel needs, and executing cash register transactions while keeping the floor organized and stocked. Carter’s values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues confidently and proactively in a busy store environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Complete floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize losses by maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
