Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at the Langley, BC location to assist customers, process transactions accurately, and promote rewards programs. This role involves loading/unloading merchandise, stocking, and maintaining attractive, in-stock shelves across the sales floor.

Requirements include strong customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, truck unload, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Store recovery, merchandise handling, and in-stock maintenance.
