Canada Goose Ottawa is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team for the holiday season (November – February). You will deliver engaging customer journeys, showcasing luxury performance lifestyle branding and warmth in every interaction.

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold Canada Goose values and culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch environment.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations is a plus.
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPIs to drive store results.
• Attend and participate in store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Communicate effectively to contribute to a positive store environment and teamwork.
• Assist in driving KPIs such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, and units per transaction.
• Maintain store standards, stockroom organization, and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
• Provide expert product recommendations and cross-department collaboration.
