Job summary

Canada Goose in Edmonton is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our West Edmonton Mall store for the holiday season (July – February). You’ll deliver engaging customer journeys and reinforce Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and delivering warm Canadian hospitality, with a focus on achieving sales targets, replenishing stock, and POS accuracy. Open Fri-Sun and holidays; evenings included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
• Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations.
• Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
