Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Lexington, Ohio, is seeking a Seasonal Project Help in our Finishing Department to keep lines running safely, cleanly, and efficiently. The project lasts up to 90 days, with a rotating 3-4 day schedule and 15 days per month.

You'll perform quality checks, follow BRCGS standards and SOPs, keep work area tidy, and adhere to PPE requirements. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, willingness to work 12-hour shifts, and passing a pre-employment drug screen.

As Seasonal Project Help in our Finishing Department, you'll keep our lines running safely, cleanly, and efficiently. This project is expected to last up to90 days.

Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

Compensation:

• $18.00/hr
• Additional $2.50/hr night shift differential
• 8 hours of overtime built into every schedule
• Bi-weekly Pay
