Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology in Canada is seeking an Industrial Mechanic with Ticket to join our manufacturing team on an alternating day/evening schedule. The role involves assembling pumps to strict specifications, reading drawings, and ensuring quality components.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, a completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, and 3–5 years of assembly experience. Unionized environment with competitive probation rates as noted.

Industrial Mechanic with Ticket/Certification

We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic with Ticket that will work an alternating schedule of day shift and evening shift. (Day shift for 2 weeks - 7am-3:15pm and Evening shift for 1 week - 3pm-11pm)

This is a unionized position with a probationary rate of:

Prior to Sept 1

• $40.82 when probation completes

After Sept 1, 2026

• $42.05 when probation completes

Job Responsibilities for Industrial Mechanic

• Assembles a complete pump when shown the procedures. Cuts, files, scrapes, fits, levels, balances, and aligns, etc. to meet all desired inspection and design requirements.
• Has knowledge of commonly used functional & technical concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing.
• Can operate safely and ensure they can put forth a quality component each and every time.

Job Skills and Qualifications Required

• High School Graduate, with three to five years’ experience in Assembly.
• Must have completed a recognized apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or have equivalent qualifications.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as complex drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and assembly procedures.

Preferred

• 5-7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
