Job summary

The Body Shop Canada Ltd. Rocky View, AB store is seeking a part-time seasonal team member through October 2026. You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers find products, and contribute to strong sales. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are available to fit the store’s operating hours.

You will maintain an inviting store presentation, stay informed on current promotions, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of excellent customer service
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring the store is clean and organized, and the shelves are well stocked
• Engage with customers and make product recommendations based on their specific needs
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, current sales and promotions, and store policies
• Interest and ability to connect with customers to drive customer engagement
• Understanding of sales and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
