Job summary

S&S Activewear in Canada is seeking a Seasonal Packer to ensure orders are accurately packed from warehouse inventory and meet productivity and accuracy standards.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a defined 90-day term, 20.60 CAD per hour, and a rotating schedule that includes evenings. This role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and safety, with opportunities to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders.
• Maintain minimum lines per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain accuracy while double checking orders.
• Act professionally and remain focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
