Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Picker/Packer in Vancouver to ensure accurate order fulfillment from our warehouse. You will pull customer orders, maintain productivity, and operate warehouse equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:15am–5:45pm, with a pay rate of 20.60 CAD per hour. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Experience with warehouse environment is a plus.

About the Role

The Picker/Packer will be responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled from the warehouse inventory while meeting all productivity and accuracy standards.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Monday-Friday (9:15am - 5:45pm), Full-Time, $20.60 CAD

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented
• Ability to use electronic devices
• Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets written in English
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing the job of a Puller, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
• Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
• Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
