Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative for the 15 York Street location. You will handle high-volume inquiries from monthly parking customers, process transactions, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems while delivering friendly, professional service during Friday to Sunday night shifts.

ASAP start with an end date around May 2027. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience; background check and eligibility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume customer service role preferred.
• Background check and legal work eligibility required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written requests per SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and process transactions.
• Assist with account setup, maintenance, and platform navigation.
