Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Georgian Mall in Barrie, ON. You will lead a team delivering magical Santa experiences, drive sales, and ensure top guest service during the holiday season.

The role involves staffing, training, operations oversight, and strong guest relationships with venue partners. You’ll support a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for future seasons and exclusive holiday perks for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Approx. 40 hours per week with additional hours as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand long periods.
• Nice to have retail/guest services leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.

• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.

• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with host venues to support operations.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
