Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Oshawa Centre. You will lead the team delivering magical holiday moments, oversee photo operations, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a memorable Santa visit for families.

This role offers same-day pay options, an employee referral program, and growth opportunities within our souvenir photography division. You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage daily operations, and partner with venues to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
