Job summary
CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures in Calgary is seeking a Guest Experience Representative for a seasonal part-time role from late November to late April. You will support transportation for guests between meeting points and CMH staging areas, focusing on operational detail and problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education related to transportation and logistics is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with logistics coordination.
- Experience with data entry and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience with high-end customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate exchanges and transfers to CMH staging areas and meeting points.
- Handle administrative tasks for guest transfers and operations.
- Monitor guest and lodge communications related to transportation.
- Coordinate on-coach food and beverage program.
- Serve as point-person for seasonal Coach Host staff with guests.
- Follow up on guest inquiries with a solution-focused mindset.
- Problem-solve changes due to road closures and delays.
- Create exceptional guest moments as the first and last CMH contact.
- Support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives and training.
