Job summary

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures in Kelowna, BC, is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to support guest transportation logistics across Calgary, Kelowna, and Revelstoke. This seasonal, part-time role runs from late November to late April, with flexible scheduling to meet program needs.

You will coordinate transfers, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure clear guest communications while delivering memorable CMH experiences through service, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education related to transportation and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with logistics coordination.
• Experience with data entry and MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Experience with high-end customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers to/from CMH staging areas and meeting points.
• Handle guest transfer administration and day-of operations.
• Monitor guest communications related to transportation.
• Coordinate on-coach food and beverage program.
• Serve as point-person for seasonal Coach Host staff.
• Follow up on guest inquiries with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Adapt to road closures and delays; communicate impacts.
• Create exceptional guest moments as the first and last CMH contact.
