• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional office setting.
• Class5 driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in luxury customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exchanges and transfers to and from CMH staging areas and meeting points.
• Handle administrative tasks related to guest transfers and excursion operations.
• Monitor and respond to guest and lodge transportation communications.
• Coordinate on-coach food and beverage program.
• Serve as point-person for seasonal Transfer Coordinator staff.
