Seasonal Forklift Operator /Truck Loader

Job Description:
The Forklift Operator /Truck Loader is responsible for transporting all finished goods from the assembly line to the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Transports packaged ice from the bagging room and stacks ice in the warehouse after bundling it into pallets.
2. Audits inventory to ensure accurate loading/unloading of stock shipped and received.
3. Support dispatch duties during high volume season.
4. Contribute to process improvements, procedures, and policies.
5. Cleans maintenance area to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
6. Displays and supports safe dock practices and implements them in conjunction with drivers.
7. Additional duties may be assigned.

Salary Range: $21/hour DOE

Candidate Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years old or older.
2. Must have a high school diploma and 3-5 years experience required.
3. Must hold and maintain Fork Lift certification/license.
4. Experience in a warehouse environment.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repeatedly.
8. Must be able to work in a cold environment.
9. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
